  1. Heat a large pan. Saute onions and peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Next add in soyrizo to the pan. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Then add in cauliflower rice.
  3. Add seasonings and adjust to taste. Mix all ingredients together well.
  4. Add corn and black beans. Continue cooking until corn is defrosted and cauliflower rice is tender.
